Fulfills general Human Resources tasks related to production personnel.
Organizes and performs production personnel record keeping operations.
Participates in the production personnel recruiting process, coordinates the publishing of internal and external announcements, collaborates to the preliminary selection of the applications and interviews performance.
Participates in organizing the training programs for the production personnel; supervises the punctual and accurate record keeping, monitors participants’ evolution, follows up courses budget and expenses.
Organizes and performs induction programs.
Collaborates to preparing and reviewing the job descriptions for the production personnel.
Follows-up the application of salary packages and benefits for the production personnel according to company's policies.
Organizes and participates in the production persons’ evaluation process. Ensures transmission/registration of information and documents resulting from the evaluation process.
Participates in investigating the complaints/claims and in finding solutions within the contractual frame.
Coordinates efficiently transport activities for the production employees
Prepares and summarizes the report data according to requirements.
Prepares communication materials for the production employees
University Degree
HR Experience, preferably in production environment
Organized, flexible and results oriented
Fluency in English
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
