- Set up and run the recruiting process;
- Performs HR administrative functions according to Romanian Legislation and Internal Procedures;
- Develops and maintains Compensation & Benefits Programs;
- Creates and implements Training plan and Career Development actions;
- Responsible for providing management and employees direction and support regarding human resources topics;
- Performs other HR activities and projects
- University Degree;
- 1 year HR related experience;
- HR Inspector Certification and experience in multicultural environments is a plus;
- Excellent written & spoken English;
- Proven ability with MS Office;
- Self-motivated, organized, results oriented, comfortable working with all levels;
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and use time management skills
