For our Nadab location we search for an HR Manager.
The ideal candidate lives in Arad and will be happy to travel daily to Nadab.
We are interested in people with proven capabilities to come up with new ideas and improvement suggestions
As HR Manager you will:
Manage all HR related activities (recruiting and selection, training, employee relations, compensation, employee services, payroll, personnel administration)
Develop HR policies & procedures as well as monitoring the effectiveness of these programs.
Manage pro-actively and constructively labor and employee relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work with local business leaders to develop plans, to ensure that the workforce supports current and future performance targets.
Provide feedback and analysis to improve the compensation & benefits program to attract & retain staff.
Work to ensure that career and training opportunities are being identified.
Monitor and report HR activities and KPIs
Requirements:
University diploma
+5 years of experience in the HR field, out of which at least 2 years in a management role
Relevant HR knowledge acquired in some of the following areas: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management Process, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll.
Labor Legislation-average
Experience in handling multiple projects at a time
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
Outstanding communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
People management skills
Good computer skills (Office – advanced level)
English – fluent
