In order to support the continuous rapid growth and development in Romania we are seeking an HR professional to join our team in a challenging and forward thinking working environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager based in the United Kingdom, you will provide an HR service to all ACI Worldwide (Eastern Europe Development) employees to ensure that the growth and delivery targets of the office can be met.
Main objectives and duties:
- Provide advice and guidance on all HR matters including employee relations, training, employment law and compensation and benefits to all employees.
- Responsible for recruitment process (placing adverts, CV screening, short listing candidates, 1st interviews etc).
- Work with the local management team to design and implement employee development plans to encourage staff retention and job satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support: maintenance of manual and computerised personnel files, production of contractual documentation, production of non-contractual documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR management role with responsibility for at least 100 employees.
- In-depth knowledge of the employment/work related legislation.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Personnel and payroll administration.
- Good team player, able to establish good working relationships with the local and international management team.
- Able to provide consistently high quality output with the need for minimal supervision.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in any other western European languages would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organisation.
- Good organisation skills, time management and attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a US-owned or international company would be an advantage
