As HR International Mobility Officer in Alcatel Romania you will:
¿ Manage the expatriates¿ mobility contracts (foreigners and Romanians)
¿ be responsible for calculation of financial benefits for Romanian expatriates
¿ apply Alcatel Group¿s mobility policy
¿ ensure the relationship with mobility supervisors from Alcatel Group
¿ maintain relationship with embassies, consulates and other specialised agencies
¿ provide documents for work permits and expatriation files
- be in charge with other logistic responsabilities related to accomodation of the expatriates
The job is available in Timisoara through Datatim, member of Alcatel Group.
¿ University degree, preferably Law
¿ Minimum two years of relevant experience in HR administration
¿ Good knowledge of Romanian fiscal and delegation legislation
¿ Fluent in spoken and written English
- French is a plus
¿ Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers
¿ Extremely organised and systematic person
¿ Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects
¿ Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
¿ Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
