Edy Group is currently looking for an HR Generalist in order to be part of the HR Departament for Transportation business.
Our new colleague will direct report to HR DIRECTOR and will be in charge with the HR Coordination for a specific part of the Transportation business.
MAIN DIRECTIONS
HR Generalist will be the HR contact person and direct support for a part of the Transport Business. As main responsibilities, our new colleague will:
- Oversee the overall recruitment process, from job specification, through searching, interviewing candidates and evaluations, to offer submission and hiring;
- Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and recruiting candidates through various sources;
- Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of available candidates;
- Provide quality recruitment and selection reports to HR Director;
- Take over the HR business needs and address the problems in order to be solved;
- Implement HR projects/ procedures and rules for specific business area;
- Address to other departments the HR problems that the business is having for delivering services;
- Suggest improvements in HR organizational processes.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR area (more than one function);
- Experience in recruiting is mandatory – domain as Logistics and Transportation – is a plus;
- University degree (preferable in Psychology or Social Sciences);
- Good knowledge in English and PC skills;
- Strong judgment abilities based on case analysis;
- Very good communication skills with all layers in organization;
- Initiative and problem solving skills;
- Flexible and adaptable as a person;
- Very well organized person, with initiative, good communication skills.
