Adecco Permanent Placement Timisoara is recruiting for one of its clients, a Multinational Company, HR GBS Team Leader with English and Hungarian;
Job description:
Offer advice and support for the externalized business processes and Global Business HR Services; offer help desk support for employees and managers regarding the use of human resources systems (as required: Workday, HRSmart, Flex U, etc);
Provide solutions in timely manner in order to answer the requests of the customer and promptly solves the issues of internal customers (employees); solve the requests according to the procedures and the Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
Draw and update the documents regarding the processes in scope;
Performs, on request, actions in the system on behalf of the employee that asks for such services and record the calls /requests/answers in the Service Now system;
On request, translate the documents, communications and procedures used by the HR department;
Prepare periodic reports and provides necessary information for the calculation of the indicators at GBSHR level and at local Human Resources department level;
Work for continuous improvement of the performance indicators and of processes;
Coordinate the activity of the subordinated team and check the working methods, the quality and the time allocated to the actions of the subordinated team;
Propose methods of increasing of efficiency and quality of the team’s work.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources
Working experience in an HR Shared Services or customer services is an advantage, as well as working experience with human resources informatic systems
Working experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other systems of improvement is an advantage
Advanced English and Hungarian;
Advanced PC skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
Knowledge of work legislation and of processes and of general human resources practices
