·To resolve trouble tickets raised from End Users through Email/Web Tickets or Voice. If tickets can't be resolved, promptly escalate tickets to Level2 (L2) or other appropriate team;
·To complete tasks assigned by L2 team or by group manager;
·To execute and to maintain record of routine maintenance tasks. Ensure successful execution or report issue or suggestion to L2 team;
·To create and/or to update system documentations per instructions from L2 or group manager;
·To study and to suggest service improvement plan or idea;
·To interact with systems administration teams at client locations when necessary;
·Responsible for escalation at the right time to field support / higher levels;
1.Studies and qualifications:
Technical university degree desirable or students (informatics, computers, automatics);
Microsoft Certification is an advantage;
2. Experience:
Would be a plus:
1-2 years working experience in the IT industry;
3. Knowledge/ Abilities/ Skills:
·Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Outlook;
·Good technical, administration experience and skills in Windows desktops, HP/Dell computers, email routing, TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, WINS, and Active Directory Prior technical experience with any of the following software / hardware is a plus: Symantec Anti-Virus, Symantec SMTP Gateway, eFax Microsoft NetMon, performance tuning, system programming / scripting, migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003;
·Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents;
·Ability to write reports and procedure manuals;
·Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with some abstract and concrete variables;
·Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups;
·Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
·Knowledge of additional languages as Polish/ Hungarian is a plus!
·English- good knowledge in verbal and written!
