RESPONSABILITATI

● Basic software troubleshooting (includes scan disk, antivirus scans, defragmentation jobs, Thunderbird email setup troubleshooting, FTP client setup troubleshooting);
● Basic hardware troubleshooting (includes checking network infrastructure, cables, switches, routers functionality);
● Creating Helpdesk tickets for all problems reported to him outside the Helpdesk system;
● Liaising with Head of Helpdesk on advanced software and hardware troubleshooting.
● Email account setups in Thunderbird;
● FTP account setups in FileZilla;
● Adding users to Google Apps, changing users settings in Google Apps;
● Adding users to Google Apps distribution lists, changing distribution list settings.


CERINTE

1. Detailed knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, Centos) and the ability to install and maintain Linux systems including LDAP administration
2. Solid knowledge of PC systems including Microsoft XP/Vista/7 as well as Windows Server 2003
3. Networking setup, maintenance and problem solving of networking components: routers, firewalls, cat5 cabling and wireless
4. Experience in maintenance and problem solving common PC issues
