As a SAP FI/CO Consultant you will be involved in:
System configuration (customizing) FI/CO module according to legal/group requirements
Global projects as team member or leader (analysis, implementation, testing, rollout)
Support of local departments and key users in day by day activities, for implementation and release-upgrades.
Worldwide support for specific applications
Create / change reports
Third level support
The responsibilities of the Group Leader:
Analyze the customer needs: Supports the Project Responsible to analyze customer needs in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customer. Active drive of the FI/CO SAP implementation projects.
Investments: Manage and distribute investment for equipment acquisition in order to optimize the work environment and to deliver high quality products.
Research: Leads research activities for new technologies/processes in order to improve the efficiency of the department and the quality of delivered products.
Coaches newcomers / the staff in order to fit into / better cooperate within the team.
Ensures cross-functional communication / cooperation in order to improve information flow.
Ensures appropriate training of employees in order to improve their level of technical know-how.
Responsible for headcount planning, hiring, budget planning and investment.
Define standards: Responsible for defining appropriate standards in order to improve the efficiency of the department and the quality of delivered products. Involvement in defining global standards.
Performance management: Periodical team members evaluation.
International experience is an important asset.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University Degree in Computer Science, Accounting/Economic Computer Science, Cybernetics
At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO (key user).
Basic Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Database knowledge, SQL, ABAP (basic)
Knowledge of Reporting Tools (Crystal reports, Reporting Services)
Good knowledge of the finance process;
Initiative, communication skills;
Automotive experience is an advantage;
Fluent English; German is an advantage.
