Perform all the data anaysis activities for the cost review process:
- generate Cost Review raw data & identify potential data issues;
- propose new Budget prices based on pricing rules defined by the pricing manager;
- support pricing submission with any additional analysis requested by the pricing manager;
- complete requested pricing compensations;
- ensure data and technical accuracy for the pricing files;
Support global account supply chain to achieve commited material margins to the customer:
- generate materials forecast;
- provide analysis of key materials metrics;
- follow-up actions to achieve material target;
Support cost reduction processes with the supply base management function:
- follow-up achievement &execution of cost reduction;
Ensure the execution of customer contract prices:
- load global customer contract prices in GTAC;
- ensure accuracy and updates;
Support the collection of extra costs &claims:
- collect the data to support claims to customer and/or suppliers;
- provide support for any additional requests in the reconciliation claim process;
Manage the maintenance &the analysis of data relevant to the supply chain:
- prepare analysis and management reports (standard or specific);
- generate data accuracy reports &monitor actions for improvement;
develop tools and queries to improve the data management processes.
Qualification
- Academic: Economical /Technical studies;
- Professional: 3+ years in a data analysis function;
Skills:
- Interpersonal:
- able to clarify requests, detail oriented;
- self organised, proactive;
- customer-oriented (internally& externally).
IT skills:
- MsOffice (Access, Excel) - advanced level;
- professional practice of database tools;
- ERP systems - represents a plus;
Communication:
- active listener;
- excellent English - read,write,speak.
