The primary role is to take over the full responsibility for our Online Market Research projects, joining our team in Timisoara. This includes the overall responsibility to manage and perform Service activities involving project planning, project management, communication with client and crisis management.
Main tasks:
-Coordinating international projects with clients located in Germany and UK/US.
-Taking full responsibility of all project phases from definition and set up to completion on time and budget.
-Effectively communicating by phone or email with customers, sales teams, and all operation teams to ensure customer’s needs are understood and met.
- Fresh university graduate or junior professional with a Business, Economic, or Languages major
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
- Client-oriented, highly responsible person with good communication and organization skills
- Eager to learn and interested in making a career in Market Research within an international environment
