You will be given an electronic database with a lot of information from companies that we wish to
reach; each company will be dealt with in a case-to-case basis and the possible procedures for them
are:
1.Checking the web site and analyzing whether or not the company is a potential customer for us (we
will train you concerning all the criteria)
2.Calling the companies to find out who is the right person to contact.
3.Calling the companies to present our offer, negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for
client
In all cases there is the necessity of keeping an accurate and clear online report of all the calls done in
a day, the results and status achieved.
In-house training will be provided for the IT software used.
- very good knowledge of German (English considered an advantage), spoken and written
- Good PC skills, particularly MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Internet Explorer)
- previous experience regarding call center activities is considered a high advantage
- true communication skills, which should enable you to have a confident conversation with any
person
- persuasion and negotiation abilities
- serious and persistent personality with team-work spirit
- ability to work independently, to take responsibility, show initiative and creativity, good work ethics,
punctuality, problem solving attitude, self confident, ambitious
- ability to quickly adapt, concentrate and enhanced attention to details.
The offered contract is based on a collaboration contract and you must be a Self-Employed Person
(PFA) in order to issue and send us monthly invoices amounting the agreed payment height.
