For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Powertrain Electronics and Drivetrain department.
For our engine control units you are responsible for model based development of functionalities.
You will be in charge with developing tools that support and maintain the system functionality, i.e. while up to now most systems were tested manually, our goal is to automise the tests as much as possible, in order to meet the customer requirements. Our mission is to decrease defects of Siemens VDO products to zero
For your daily work you will work with professional tools in the software development area.
You will join a young and motivated team to support our world wide developed projects for automotive customers.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University degree in a technical field (i.e. Automation and Computer science, Informatics, Electonics and Telecomunication)
Ability to work in teams and take over responsibilities
Matlab/Simulink
Basic knowledge in C,Java
Knowledge of Python would be a strong advantage
Knowledge about engine control will be a plus
Good English skills
