-Audit and recommend improvements to company¿s operations and processes.
-Help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas audited.
-Provide field leadership as needed (Audit Leader).
-Assist Management in the compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
-Participate in special projects and fraud investigations as required.
-Provide internal management consulting services.
-Demonstrate ability to Group¿s leaders through visibility of audits executed.
-Develop a broad knowledge of Group¿s businesses, operations and processes.
-Progress through Internal Audit within 2.5 ¿ 3 years in order to expand career opportunities within the Group.
Qualifications that a candidate must possess:
- Graduate degree.
- Three to six years total work experience in finance /accounting / business / consulting / information technology / internal audit disciplines.
- 75% travel ¿ Mostly international.
- Ability to relocate in the future to pursue other career opportunities.
- Excellent PC/consulting skills required.
Qualifications that are desirable in a candidate:
- Professional certification (s) a plus (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, CISA or equivalent).
- Experience with a substantial manufacturing organization is highly desirable.
- MBA desirable.
- Team player.
- Excellent analytical, communications, writing and interpersonal skills.
