- Monitoring and organizing all finance and accounting processes of the company; analysis of the company’s financial efficiency
- Formulates and administers approved accounting practices for the finance and accounting department
- Responsible for reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results
- Providing financial accounting and filing financial statements in accordance with the Romanian legislation; supervises and ensures conformity with the norms and fiscal Romanian legislation for the financial operations done within the company
- Preparing and reporting the monthly and yearly balance sheets, preparing and filing tax statements
- Support and advice the Plant Manager in financial planning, budgeting and strategy planning
-Active participation in financial and cost control of the plant
-Perform financial analysis of actual performance, budgets, forecasts and business plan and provide recommendations for correction action for budget deviations.
- Accomplishing the reporting requirements of the local authorities; keeping the relationship with banks or other public institutions
- Monitoring the payments to the company’s suppliers
- Monitoring the inventory of fixed assets
- Reporting financial issues to the HQ
- Involvement in the roll-out & maintenance of the Group’s standard
- Position is located in Jimbolia
- University degree in economics or equivalent education
3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting; a solid background in a production environment is a plus
- Experience in management as well as working in a multinational environment are advantages
- Advanced English, German language skills are a plus
- Advanced computer skills, previous experience with an ERP system is compulsory
- Business-oriented and proactive person
- Excellent communication skills as well as analytical thinking and attention to details
- Responsible, self-confident, hard working and client-oriented
- Willing to travel to Jimbolia
