- Managing incoming tickets, addressing as many as possible but escalating any that you cannot resolve;
- Handling and assigning non Finance tickets to appropriate team members in IT;
- Monitoring tickets and ensuring reaction and closure within defined service level agreements.
- Certified SAP Finance or Controlling
- 1-2 years experience of configuring SAP in the FI CO Modules – in order to understand GL, AP and AR settings and reports
- Willing to perform support function – support users on a day to day basis
- Good level of English required, German is a bonus
