- Perform and coordinate test and analysis in order to determine the root causes of failures of the PCAs coming out from the fabrication process
- Optimize and improve analysis process
- Solves complex problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways
- Support operations team in order to determine the root cause of failure from production process
- Support sales team in key-customer projects by providing expertise and connectional technology proposal.
- Conclude on the results of performed tests and analysis, issue the report and advice on corrective actions which would be required in order to solve the failure
- Contribute to technology roadmaps development
- Identify in-house areas requiring
- Consult customer on project base
- Provide training to European operations as need
- Drive international investigation projects

- 10 ¿ excellent knowledge with regards to the indirect materials used for electronic manufacturing process (solder alloys, fluxes, solder pastes, adhesives, conformal coating materials)
- 10 ¿ relevant knowledge of the functions of the equipments and tools used for FA Lab, such as: ion chromatography, FTIR, metallography, SEM/EDX, solderability, etc.
- 10 ¿ excellent reasoning ability - to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- 10 ¿ strong problem-solving ability - solves problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways, can work on multiple, complex problems
- 10 ¿ Bachelors or Master degree in materials science or physics electronics or production technology or similar education
- 10 ¿ excellent English conversational communication and presentation skills
- 9 ¿ Strong knowledge with regards to all PCA manufacturing, repair and test process and equipments
- 9 ¿ Computer literate ¿ MS Office
