¿ Perform and coordinate test and analysis in order to determine the root causes of failures of the PCAs coming out from the fabrication process
¿ Optimize and improve analysis process
¿ Solves complex problems with intangible factors in creative and effective ways
¿ Support operations team in order to determine the root cause of failure from production process
¿ Support sales team in key-customer projects by providing expertise and connectional technology proposal.
¿ Conclude on the results of performed tests and analysis, issue the report and advice on corrective actions which would be required in order to solve the failure

¿ 10 ¿ excellent knowledge with regards to the indirect materials used for electronic manufacturing process (solder alloys, fluxes, solder pastes, adhesives, conformal coating materials)
¿ 10 ¿ relevant knowledge of the functions of the equipments and tools used for FA Lab, such as: ion chromatography, FTIR, metallography, SEM/EDX, solderability, etc.
