Edy Group is currently looking for an experienced COO Manager Assistant.
Our new colleague will directly report to the COO of our Core Business ( edy International Spedition and edy Logistics) and will be responsible for the full management of the assistance activity.

Main directions:
-Manages the full assistance activity for the COO of our Core Business ( edy International Spedition and edy Logistics)
-Offers support in various administration tasks
-Organizes the agenda of the COO Core Business and provides the administrative support needed
-Elaborates & deliveres different types of reports requested by the management, on time and accurately
-Acts as main link between the stakeholders and Senior Management of edy Group companies
-Involvement in different projects developed for edy Group: internal communication, special events, public participations, etc.
Profile
+3 years of experience in a business support role
-Experience in a dynamic company [Transport/ Logistic/ Production]
-PC literate [Microsoft Office, ERP system, etc.]
-English at advanced level [any other language is a plus]
-Business understanding
-Strong coordination skills: responsible, organized, efficient
-Initiative in improvement projects and activities
-Dedication and full commitment to company goals
-Independent worker and self starter
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Desire to learn and develop both personal and professional areas
