- Shall be responsible for supporting the General Manager in his duties
- Must organize his working agenda: schedules meetings and arranges appointments; makes travel reservations as requsted
- Take care of his written correspondence and keep regular and confidential office documents in good order
- Manage his phone calls: takes massages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions
- Translates documents from English/Romanian and from Romanian/English
- Works with the Finance, Legal Departments to provide the correct information to the General Manager
- Assists in problem solving, project planning and development and execution of stated goals and objectives
- Letters University Graduate (English)
- English proficiency is a must
- Translator license for English issued by the Ministry of Justice
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position and in translation of documents in various fields (general, legal, technical, finance, transport etc)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) and experience in composing and editing correspondence is a must
- Impeccable attention to detail and great flexibility
- Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time, comfortable with working under pressure and against tight deadlines
