Shall be responsible for supporting the General Manager in his duties
Must organize his working agenda: schedules meetings and arranges appointments; makes travel reservations as requested;
Take care of his written correspondence and keep regular and confidential office documents in good order.
Manage his phone calls: takes messages and replies to questions in accordance with general instructions;
Works with the Finance, Legal Departments to provide the correct information to the General Manager;
Assists in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.
Graduated University;
English proficiency is a must
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in a similiar position at least 1-2 years
Relevant experience within a prominent/multinational company is a plus.
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) and experience in composing and editing correspondence is a must.
Impeccable attention to detail and great flexibility
Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time, comfortable with working under pressure and against tight deadlines.
