Main responsibilities:
•Follow the spare parts management procedures, use corresponding tools.
•Execute the daily business-activities of the ECW, with proper use of the ERP (LN); communication with supplying plants regarding reporting dates, spare parts deliveries.
•Improving lead times related to spare parts deliveries together with the Planning Dept from supplying Frigoglass Plants.
•Cost saming projects management
•Getting, analyzing and compiling the information regarding spare parts lead times / sending them as reports to the relevant internal and external costumers.
•Understand the 3PL processes and use their reports.
•Monitor and adjust the inventory to minimize obsolescence.
•Ensure smooth logistics and minimize order to delivery lead time.
•Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with international and local regulations that may affect spare parts sales / dispatches.
The candidate’s profile:
•Knowledge of 3PL warehouse management system and understanding of related processes
•Previous experience in using ERP system
•Previous experience in TMS systems
•Able to work independently
•English language proficiency level
•German is a plus
•Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
