- Accounts Payable: Vendor Master Data Processing, Invoice Processing(PO, NPO, Direct Debits, Urgent invoices), Payments (Urgent and Standard), Credit Notes, Travel& Expenses, Vendor Reconciliation, Vendor Queries, AP Reporting
- Accounts Receivable: Customer Master Data, AR Reporting, Authorize and Manage Credit, Process Customer Bills, Post receivable entries & record revenue, Manage and Process Deductions, Apply cash remittances & credits/ adjustments, Maintain bad debt reserves & allowances
- University graduate or student;
- Up to 2 years of work experience – no experience is also welcomed;
- Fluency in English and German;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong motivation to work with Finance and Accounting processes.
