As an Engineer for ECAD Tools Support (ZUKEN CR-5000) you have to administrate various applications used in R&D area for Hardware and PCB Design and provide end user support. You will act as part of the world-wide team of specialists.
In your role of Support Engineer you will have the following specific activities and responsibilities:
Become an expert on tool usage and administration
Monitor tool environment worldwide
Provide feedback for new versions development and tool enhancement
Support end users in their daily job (based on incident tickets)
Centralize users requests for changes and monitor the implementation
The opportunity will enable you to use and expand your existing skills by sharing the knowledge with your colleagues. You have to be self motivated and dedicated, and have a good command of the English language.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial integration phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University level background
General know-how about electronics
Basic Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TCP-IP, routing) and Server OS knowledge (Windows)
Basic ECAD tools know-how
Specific ECAD tool know-how is an advantage (ZUKEN CR-5000, Mentor tools)
Good English command
Good communication skills
Well organized person, tenacious, attentive to details, methodic, rigorous
