As a Support Engineer for ECAD Library you have to maintain company library (ZUKEN CR-5000, Mentor Board Station) used by our hardware engineers by creating new components and updating existing ones. You will act as part of a world-wide service team.
In your role of Engineer for ECAD Library Support you will have the following specific activities and responsibilities:
Analyze technological aspects concerning components description
Create new library components according to technologies and standards used in the company;
Update existing components according to technological changes in the company
Assist our engineers in case of troubles with the company library

The opportunity will enable you to use and expand your existing skills by sharing the knowledge with your colleagues. You have to be self motivated and dedicated, and have a good command of the English language.

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial integration phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.


CERINTE

Formal education in electronics (high school, college or faculty)
Know-how about electronics (work experience in the area)
Experience in technologies for electronic assemblies design or production (at least 2 years)
Knowledge in PCB Design (Layout)
Know-how in using an ECAD tool
Specific ECAD library tool know-how is an advantage (ZUKEN, Mentor Board Station)
Good English command
Good communication skills
Well organized person, tenacious, attentive to details, methodic, rigorous
German language skills will be an advantage
