● Design, develop and test software for automotive embedded systems according to customer requirements and internal procedures and write the corresponding documentation;
● Assist quality assurance in verifying requirements, design, implementation and testing;
● Participate in quotation activities;
● Participate to the project management of large projects by planning and estimating work packages and/or management of small complete projects;
● Evaluate for selection or develop test and development tools from his area of expertise;
● Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized design methods and processes;
● Investigate and keep up to date with latest methods, tools and techniques from his area of expertise
Requirements:
● min. 2 years of experience in software development for automotive electronic components
● Technical know-how :
o Embedded C and scripting languages – e.g. Python
o uControllers peripherals
o Automotive embedded software architectures
o CAN and LIN
o Diagnostic protocol – e.g. UDS, KWP2000
o Read and understand hardware schematics
