RESPONSABILITATI

1. Direct responsibility for the permanent availability of electric power in all production areas all the time.
2. Responsibility for proper lighting level in the plant
3. Responsible for safe usage of electrical equipment and electrical networks.
4. Permanently monitors electric installation and equipment condition.
5. Interface with maintenance and operation on daily basis to ensure all required work is carried out in schedule and with good engineering practice.
6. Setting an example thorough behavior, personal values, knowledge, energy and actions
7. Control all maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
8. Assigning tasks to the team members according to Planned Maintenance program and actual needs
9. In cooperation with Production Managers scheduling manpower availability, so electrical services are available for production all the time.
10. Initiates and conducts in coordination with Maintenance Manager actions oriented for better machinery utilization , improving business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
11. Create an environment oriented to open communication, creative thinking and teamwork.
12. Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team and to achieve expected performance standard. Provide inputs into training plan on regular basis.
13. Conducts planned and unplanned machinery inspections
14. Issues Work Order sheets with repair/maintenance work procedures
15. Make regular cursory walk through the plant reviewing operational condition of electrical equipment, checking equipment log books , ongoing maintenance work.
16. Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
17. Provide reports on electrical energy usage and equipment condition
18. Ensures consumables and spare parts are available in time . Keeps track of their usage .
19. Prepares requisitions for spare parts and consumables in planned intervals.
20. Ensures employees are equipped with proper tools for expected tasks to be performed
21. Recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments and exceptional performance


CERINTE

a) Very good technical background. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Automation required.
b) 5 years experience in electrical services field
c) familiar with modern control systems (experience with Simatic S7 will be advantage)
d) familiar with MS Office applications (CMMS experience is additional advantage)
e) Good communication skill in English

Leadership-proven ability to lead a team of technicians .
Ability to undertake and complete task independently, set and adhere to schedule
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to motivate a team and to build positive climate within it.
