Analysis of the suppliers requests for invoices (requests received by phone, by email or by fax):
- Solve dispute queries for price/quantity and other discrepancies (taxes , freights)discrepancies
- Solve other PO related issues
- Obtain information needed for parked invoices
- Obtain information needed to clean up the disputed queues
- Obtain from suppliers information, annexes or documentation missing for invoice posting / payment
- Send outstanding balances confirmation to suppliers or auditors
- Send payment details to suppliers upon request
- Chasing up correct bank details in case of returned payments
- Other tasks needed to solve the disputes related to the suppliers accounts.
- Proficiency in English and French
- University degree in Economics
- General knowledge of SAP functionalities, work experience in SAP
- Very good communication skills, persuasion skills
- Analytical person/details oriented
- Organized person
- Team spirit
- PC knowledge ( Microsoft Office )
