Manages Supplier/Client relationship through providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail, regarding suppliers invoice/payment status.
Deals with and coordinates any e-mail prioritization requests with the internal contacts to meet supplier/client expectations.
Represents an interface between the suppliers and other processes/departments regarding invoice payment status.
Follows-up dispute queries
Obtain from suppliers information, annexes or documentation required for internal processing
Prepare and send outstanding balances confirmation to suppliers or auditors.
Send payment details to suppliers upon request.
Chasing up correct bank details in case of returned payments.
Analyzes operational data, identifies root cause of repetitive issues and drives corrective actions for the suppliers/clients.
Ideal Candidate:
University degree - economic background would be a plus;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Previous work experience would be a plus;
• Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks.
