-Responsible to update the loading schedule according to the latest information sent by Sales Offices in order to optimize the delivery plan
-Maintain an open and professional communication with all Sales Offices ensuring that they receive timely and correctly all details related to the shipments
-Prepares the loading forecast and sends it to the transporters so that all requested transport resources are being prepared in accordance to the destinations and volume of goods; reconfirms the order 2 days prior to shipment
-Coordinates all the means of transportation used by the company (terrestrial, sea, airfreight) ensuring that all specifications and related documents are properly followed so as the goods are sent timely and safe to the final destination
-Coordinates 3PL deliveries and prioritize loading according to the destination country.
- University degree
- Experience in logistics (preferably);
- Good communication skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- English language advance level.
