For our Air Conditioning Department we are looking for a Deputy Production Manager who provides active support to the Production Manager. Please find below the main responsibilities for this position.
-Responsible for organization of production activities
-Implementation of an efficient production flow
-Capacity calculation and layout modifications
-Responsible for new projects’ implementation
-University graduate - Technical Degree in Mechanics / Electrotechnics
-Relevant background in automotive industry processes (at least 5 year)
-Good English level. German is an advantage.
-Communicative person, able to deal with complex presentations and stressful situations
-Self learner, motivated to gain experience from each situation encountered
