- Evaluate and compare customer forecast and SOs against previous forecasts and SOs
- Advice a focus team of findings, material gates and possible inventory risk
- Responsible to have the MPS sign-off form fully approved and completed with all requested data
- Convert customer forecast into master production schedule/work order master
- Ensure alignment of forecast, MPS orders and sales orders
- Provide inventory change reports and timely MPS load, working with procurement
- Incorporate engineering changes into the MPS / Work Order master
- Prepare and submit E&O claims to Program Management
- Run Shortage list for a specified period
- Prepare and participate in weekly material commit
- University degree
- 6 months experience in materials and customer-forecast function
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Customer focused approach, team working skills
- Dynamic, well organized, attentive to details, able to achieve results in a dynamic environment
- Good verbal and written communication in Romanian and English
- MRP knowledge system will be a plus
