DC Production Planner

RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage the ordering/delivery scheduling and expediting of all material for our standard and specialty products;
- Ensure correct stock parameters are set in the company internal TOLAS/CSS2 - production system;
- Establish and manage rolling review of inventory lines per product;
- Establish and manage rolling review of fast flow levels;
- Raise purchase orders;
- Proactive communication with plants on deliveries as well as with the CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) for the customer orders;
- Expedite orders as appropriate/plan in internal tool “Exapad”;
- Perform weekly reporting to RME (Roll Material Europe) Supply Chain organization;
- Communicate with Sales force about production fulfilment and service optimalization on daily basis;
- Act as DC Manager backup (deputy) when required.
