For our client, Microsoft Romania, we are looking for Data Integration Specialists located in Timisoara.
The Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for associating products to categories, such as product categories, browsing categories, brand categories, item matching, etc. Will successfully review information and effectively identify the best categorization and recognize the need for taxonomy changes.
Responsibilities:
- Associating products and their attributes to categories
- Mapping and resolving product catalog uploads that could not be systematically matched
- Mapping merchant¿¿¿s product category to Product Search category
- Resolving brand and merchant to standard naming conventions
- Providing feedback to improve merchant feeds
- Performing all procedures completely and accurately. This includes following company documented problem diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures, and documenting and tracking appropriate data.
- Continuous building knowledge of online shopping products, and browsing/shopping categories. Providing feedback to improve categorization accuracy.
- Escalating issues according to escalation procedures.
- Excellent English written communication skills including strong English spelling and grammar skills as verified by a formal test
- Excellent English reading comprehension skills
- Advanced level of English and one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish (C1 level equivalent)
- Very good level of one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Swedish
- Ability to remain focused and effective in a fast paced and pressure environment and when confronted with unusual situations
- Experience with Internet Explorer and other web browsing software
- Ability to complete large volume of work quickly; detail oriented
- Computer skills - able to work with MS office and internet tools;
- Great organizational skills
- Team person
- Letters university degree - is a plus
