RESPONSABILITATI

- conduct customer survey phone calls by following online call script
- document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- complete call logs
- update existing customer information where necessary
- follow up customer calls where necessary
- produce call reports if needed


CERINTE

- university degree
- required language proficiency: Hungarian – native, English - advanced
- verbal communication skills
- good data entry and typing skills
- listening skills
- attention to detail
- customer service orientation
- advanced in relevant computer applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
- basic knowledge of administration and clerical processes is an advantage
