• Solve clients orders, inquiries, malfunctions and problems
• Handling of technical and user-specific questions
• Identify and solve problems, questions.
• Get informed and suggest solutions.
• Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of English and Portuguese.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Solution-oriented person
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective teamwork skills
• Very good communication skills
