- Manage all customer service activities with regard to technical product services, product performance monitoring and effective and efficient warranty complaint handling of tires by respecting customer satisfaction and the financial interests of our company; reports the quality and performance situation of tires in CEE region.
- Implement and assure the observance of Romanian legal requirements in force, as well as the internal standards regarding labor security, environment protection and fire protection
- Determine and establish local warranty/complaint handling procedures in accordance with Company’s adjustment policy, e.g.: Ensure that inspection for tires returned under warranty meets Customer Service - Tires standards, Create complaint data records in warranty related IT systems, Ensure financial settlement of accepted adjustments, Ensure competitive warranty services reg. speed, attitude, availability, etc.
- Setting and developing the standards for all types of technical service in Romania e.g.: Ensure qualified resolution of technical and/or product related questions from users, fleets and dealers.
- Supporting the local Sales & Marketing organization in technical questions/aspects.
- Create/carry out technical training and presentation to external and internal customers (products, tire technology, care & maintenance, etc.)
- Setting the standards for the collection and summarizing of tire data and other information in Romania in agreement with CS Tires and the relevant M&S organizations, e.g.
- Analysis, evaluation and reporting of market complaint data
- Provide relevant tire samples and information into the Corporate early warning processes
- Investigate and compare Company and competitor tire properties
- Technical knowledge about tires - Expert Level
- Engineering degree or equivalent education
- Experience in tire and vehicle technic, experience in marketing and sales topics referring to tire or vehicle business, experience regarding legal and commercial aspects referring to trade business in Romania.
- Experience in multinational companies
- English language - Advanced Level
