- Checks all the orders launched by the customers;
- Checks and finds solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process;
- Keeps permanent contact with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;
- Prepares all the documents necessary for the shipments accordingly to the customers requirements;
- Checks the process for preparing the shipments in the shop floor;
- Responsible for all projects regarding customer service.
- University degree;
- Good knowledge of German and English language;
- Experience in a similar position at least 6 months;
- SAP skills represent an advantage;
- Dynamic, team spirit.
