The position exercises the function of client representative, brings up to date and informs the superiors and project colleagues about new/modification of customer requirements;
Contributes in reaching quality purposes;
Makes quality specific data evaluations and sends them to the hierarchical superior (Customer Service Manager)
Contributes to elaborating action plans for quality improvement and follows them up;
Takes over and prepares the follow up of the implementation of specific project documentation;
Collaborates together with clients to evaluation of samples (boundary samples and acceptability/rejection samples);
Follows the implementation of significant critical characteristics and security/ legal rules imposed by client;
Makes sure that customer requirements (establishment of quality purposes and adequate trainings, corrective and prevention actions, elaboration and development of the products) are fulfilled;
Coordinates the processing of customer complaints and makes the action plan for improvement (immediate preventive / corrective and distribution to similar projects);
Ensures an adequate communication regarding the position and adopted actions with the client (8D reports, presentations, analyses)
Has the authority of blocking / releasing products or commodities;
Follows and evaluates implemented corrective actions.
Technical University Degree;
At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
Training and experience in applying the quality tools;
English and German language - mandatory;
Very good communication skills necessary for the interraction with clients for introducing actions and understanding the process that led to the problems;
Statistic knowledge, good communication, logical thinking, independent, fair behaviour towards collaborators;
Analytical and sociable;
Good team player with "can do" attitude.
