- Excercise the function of client representative, brings up to date and informs the superiors and project colleagues about new / modifications of customer requirements;
- Contributes in reaching quality purposes;
- Contributes in the elaboration of action plans for quality improvements and follows them;
- Coordinates and analyse the results of product audits;
- Prepares and realise audits: APQP, Line Walk Audit, Process Audit and Layered Audit;
- Follows the implementation of significant critical characteristics and security / legal rules imposed by the client;
- Manages and maintains the relation with the assigned client;
- Analyses and solves the client's complains, establishes, follows and evaluates the corrective measures implemented;
- Offers support for manufacturing engineering (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Mistake proofing).
- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality field, preferably in Automotive Industry;
- Advanced knowledge in English and German languages;
- Advanced PC knowledge (Visio is a plus);
- Solid knowledge of Control plans, PFMEA, 8D Report, SPC, MSA,etc.
- Communicative, organized person, responsible, logical and analytical;
- Good team player, with positive, "can do" attitude.
