RESPONSABILITATI

Role: Manages customer quality activities
- Understands customer quality requirements and monitors their implementation
- Sends weekly quality reports to the customer
- Manages customer complaint resolution process
- Monitors the results for the customer regarding the quality of products
- Coordinates communication with the customer on quality subjects (regular conference calls/OBR/escalations)
- Coordinates improvement projects
- Manages customer audits
- Performs functional coordination of the Value Stream Quality Group

10 - Bachelors in Technical field
10 - Minimum 3 years experience in a quality/engineering function
10 - Ability to understand and respond to quality requirements
10 - Good skills to conduct quality reports
9 - Knowledge of quality standards
9 - English language: good command (written and spoken)
9 - Good skills in problem solving and improvement methods
9 - MS Office knowledge
9 - Good communication skills
9 - Proven analytical skills, dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and open to learn
8 - Previous experience with FMEA will be a plus
8 - Ability to communicate technically with customers
8 - Team working ability
