RESPONSABILITATI

- Manages customer quality activities;
- Understands customer quality requirements and monitors their implementation;
- Sends weekly quality reports to the customer;
- Manages customer complaint resolution process;
- Monitors the results for the customer regarding the quality of products;
- Coordinates communication with the customer on quality subjects (regular conference calls/OBR/escalations);
- Coordinates improvement projects;
- Manages customer audits;
- Performs functional coordination of the Value Stream Quality Group.


CERINTE

– Bachelors in Technical field
– Minimum 2 years experience in a quality/engineering function
- Ability to understand and respond to quality requirements
- Good skills to conduct quality reports
- Knowledge of quality standards
- English language: good command (written and spoken)
- Good skills in problem solving and improvement methods
- MS Office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Proven analytical skills, dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and open to learn
- Previous experience with FMEA will be a plus
- Ability to communicate technically with customers
- Team working ability
