Customer order manager

RESPONSABILITATI

-Controlling, monitoring and improving of the whole logistics chain for individual aftersales service parts with the aim of maximizing availability and customer service as well as minimizing logistic costs
-Monitoring, controlling and clearing of incoming EDI-orders with customer, sales coordination and HCC-IL-OC
-Manual order and forecast processing form web-portal, e-mail, fax and letter
-Processing of short term order requests from customers via phone, e-mail and web-portal over the complete supply chain
-Managing of escalation process from operational level to key account manager over factory management up to head of sales and global head of production
-Planning and releasing of customer shipments under consideration of transport costs, delivery times and shipment priorities
-Controlling of customer advanced shipping error notifications and analyzing of root causes and applying of counteractive measures if applicable
-Managing of bottleneck resources in plant in close collaboration with customer and other demand carriers
-Checking incoming credit and debit notes from customers and forwarding agents
-Periodic analyzing of overstocks based on coverage level and upcoming orders as well as ad hoc overstocks risks caused by parts to be discontinued or relocated
-Identifying root causes like misaligned lead times, short-term orders without agreements, bad forecasts, competing demands (serial / service), missing capacities for service parts, increasing serial demands, component allocations, etc. with tools like mass data analysis amongst others
-Accepting customer complains regarding logistics failures like missing shipments, labels, ASN, etc
-Verifying complains and identifying root causes and defining and implementing counteractive measures
