- Coordinate NPI activities with sourcing (NPI buyer& RCM&GCM) and own clear to order:
1. responsible for implementation of new BOM and changes to actual ones by making sure BOM is loaded std. price in Baan and AVL/AML are available and fully completed. Coordinates with customer, NPI buyers and Sourcing people to assure system readiness for first full compliant MRP run
2. define with customer and SCM the Purchasing Matrix – split between customer control and Flex control parts
- Perform all the data analysis activities for the cost review process:
1. Generate Cost Review raw data & identify/correct potential data issues
2. Propose new Standard prices based on pricing rules defined per account
3. Complete requested Buy-down or other pricing compensations if needed
- Support the SCM to achieve committed material margins/PPV targets:
1. Close customer invoice discrepancies
2. Follow-up actions together with SCM to achieve PPV targets
3. Maintain tracker with matl. and freight extra costs
4. Support the collection of extra costs & claims
- Ensure the execution of customer contract prices:
1. Monitor the Validation/Deployment of Customer Contract prices in MDSS/Baan
2. Check the execution of the Share Of Business in Baan Vs the Customer recommended SOB
- Manage the maintenance & the analysis of data relevant to the supply chain:
1. Maintain the appropriate set of data of an account (Budget Prices, TTK/STK codes, Commodity codes, AML, ASL, etc)
2. Prepare analysis & Management reports (standard or specific reports)
3. Generate any other reports requested by the customer in regards with the pricing
- University Degree or relevant experience in the field
- Basic knowledge in finance and material management (Purchasing, Logistics)
- Experience in a data analysis function will be a plus
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Professional practice of database tools (Access, Excel) and ERP systems
- Customer focused approach, team working skills
- Dynamic, well organized, attentive to details, able to clarify requests, proactive, Customer-oriented (internally & externally)
- Good verbal and written communication in Romanian and English (German or French is a plus)
