Contract Manager - (CM-DO)

RESPONSABILITATI

Is responsible (together with the Project Manager) for the financial performances of the projects/programs in his area;
- Reports on monthly basis the operational highlights of projects/programs;
- Reports on quarterly basis the financial key figures of projects/programs;
- Defines and selects (together with the Purchasing Department) the subcontractors;
- Defines and controls the budget for subcontracted activities;
- Acts as interface for Area/CSO/KAM for the projects/programs in his responsibility;
- Consolidation of maintenance statistics;
- Meetings with Customer;
- Follow-up of the account;
- Responsible for the account coherence;
- Receive/place the customer orders;
- Compare PO against quotation and Frame Agreement (ordered items+prices+lead time);
- Check product availability;
- Complete quotation with logistical items;
