For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated person to Lead our CES AUTOSAR Center, Basic Software, ComStack Team.
The AUTOSAR Center develops the FUTURE of the Automotive SW Industry.
It will be on the roads starting 2011.
We provide all Soft-Ware Products and Services needed to create Autosar compliant Automotive Applications.

- Autosar Real Time Environment Code generator

AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) is an open and standardized automotive software architecture, jointly developed by major automobile manufacturers, main Electronic System suppliers, and tool developers. It serves as a platform upon which next generation vehicle applications will be implemented.
As ComStack SW Project Manager/ Team Leader you will have to:
Manage the Autosar BSW ComunicationStack Project and Team
Deliver Autosar BSW Communication Stack to all customers.
Manage the Autosar BasicSoftware Comunication Stack Project 80%
Lead the Team that is making this product. 8 ... 12 mostly experienced Persons 20%
Understand Autosar SW Specifications and the complex configuration of the SW.
Understand Communication Stack Design
Configuration and Integration of modules in the applications
Presentations, Trainings, Consulting

University Degree (it is a plus, Computer Science, Informatics, Automation, Electronics)
4 years experience in embedded programming
1year successful experience as SW Project Manager
Very good planning and negotiation and communication skills
Quality oriented

Passionate of embedded SW technology, Real Time SW
Very good technical understanding
Very good understanding of development process
Advanced C programming skills
Advanced English-speaking and writing level
It is an advantage
- to have experience in Communication SW, Autosar Technology
