Your main role would be to respond to and troubleshoot member issues to achieve an optimized member experience and increased survey completion rate across all panels.
Specific functions:
- Respond to panelist e-mails, resolve panelist problems, and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal personnel and teams;
- Perform user testing of panel websites and report findings to appropriate persons;
- Translate and coordinate the invitation creation process for specified languages;
- Perform and coordinate fraud checks within our panels.
The ideal candidates are University graduates of linguistics and literature or a graduate with proficient language skills;
- MANDATORY excellent verbal and written language skills for GERMAN and ENGLISH.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications;
- A proactive approach to problem resolution;
- Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
