RESPONSABILITATI

Role:
Respond to and troubleshoot member issues to achieve an optimized member experience and increased survey completion rate across all panels.

Specific functions:
- Respond to panelist e-mails, resolve panelist problems, and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal personnel and teams;
- Perform user testing of panel websites and report findings to appropriate persons;
- Translate and coordinate the invitation creation process for specified languages;
- Perform and coordinate fraud checks within our panels;
- Coordinate problem escalation and make sure that urgent issues are communicated promptly;
- Keep the Team Leader and Panel Director up-to-date on major panel trends and issues observed by the support team;
- Ensure the fulfillment of service requirements set by the Panel Director (e.g. a maximum response time).


CERINTE

The ideal candidates should be/have:

- Faculty graduates available for a full-time job;

- Professionals having mandatory advanced language skills of ENGLISH and preferable also an advanced level for a second language (French, German, Spanish or/and Italian). Your proficiency in these languages makes all the difference!

- Faculty graduates of linguistics and literature or graduates with proficient language skills;

- Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications;

- A proactive approach to problem resolution;

- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
