Your main role will be to respond to and troubleshoot member issues to achieve an optimized member experience and increased survey completion rate across all panels.
In more detail, your responsibilities will be to:
Respond to panelist e-mails, resolve panelist problems and escalate any issues to the appropriate internal personnel and teams;
Perform user testing of panel websites and report findings to appropriate persons;
Perform and coordinate fraud checks within our panels;
You have graduated from University or you already have work experience in the market research environment.
Ideally you have/you are:
Mandatory excellent level of English and Italian (spoken and written);
University graduate, preferably with focus on linguistics and literature or graduates with proficient language skills;
Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications;
A proactive approach to problem resolution;
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
